Clover Murray

One of two highly experienced and successful additions from Team Ford EcoBoost alumni ranks, and also in this case, a season with highly successful Team OnForm, adding seriously talented depth at Under-23 level to Admiral Liv AWOL, is Clover Murray.

Clover originally comes from a triathlon background where she competed at National, European and World level, winning gold at the European (ETU) Under-20’s Championship in Alanya, Turkey and then went on to get 19th at the World Championship (ITU) in the same category.

Her cycling career started around the same time, and she had been riding with the highly respected Team Corley Cycles, when she was invited to join the inaugural Team Ford EcoBoost led by then British Circuit Race Champion Nikki Juniper.

Within the ranks of Team Ford EcoBoost, Clover gained valuable exposure to the intensity, motivation and expectations that come from riding in a team that has a realistic chance of podium honours at every race, and in most races they were there. At the start of 2017, Clover moved on to Team OnForm, again a relatively new team with a large squad, and she has experienced a variety of races with some good results, from local, National to International racing in Belgium.

Admiral Liv AWOL offers Clover the opportunity to take that varied experience, and help the team mature and develop, while also giving her the chance to take a leaders role in races.

Clover’s previous teams/clubs include: Cycle Team OnForm, Team Ford EcoBoost, Team Corley Cycles, Braintree Velo Cycle Racing Club

She will be riding on Road for Admiral Liv AWOL.
